This was our first interaction with a general contractor. My husband usually does the work around the house but we have been in our home for 25 years and our bathroom was in desperate need of redesign. This was going to be a heavy lift. We were introduced to Matt by a work friend. He came to our home and gave us some great ideas on how we could renovate. We were very pleased with others whom he sent us for further help with design. Our original thought colors went right out the window when we saw what was available to us. Matt and his team were very friendly, knowledgeable and clean. The renovation did not take as long as expected and before we knew it, our renovation was complete. We cannot thank Matt and his team enough for the attention to detail and beautiful outcome.

Matt, Pat and their team did an excellent job with the bathroom renovation on my c.1860 farmhouse. If I could give one billion stars, I would.

When other contractors turned the job down, Ramone Contracting showed their expertise and willingness to take on a challenge with their excellent communication, beautiful handiwork, and scheduling flexibility.

Throughout the entire process, they explained every change order and listened to design input and questions that we had without complaint. Someone was always available via text or phone and not once did I feel in the dark about a decision that was made.

Their thoroughness was exactly what I was looking for in a job this big—they made sure to correct underlying issues, like a leaking window, instead of just covering it up and making it look pretty. They clearly care about long term results and doing the job right the first time. Even though the pictures don’t do it justice, you can see the perfection of their tile work and the attention to detail in every aspect of the build from demo and cleanup to finish work.

Working on a job this complex was also made convenient for us with their willingness to work with our schedules. They put in long days, weekends, and worked around a large event we had here in the middle of the job without so much as batting an eyelash. It was icing on the cake to know the job was getting done in a quick time frame with so much courtesy to our already busy lives.

They will be hired back in the future and I’d recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation!

UPDATE! I reached out to Matt to repair my kitchen ceiling after a pipe broke inside my bathroom wall. He responded almost immediately and came by next morning to assess. Importantly, he set my mind at ease that my ceiling was not going to collapse. His team was on time on the appointed day, left no mess for me to clean up and did a fantastic job. This is the 2nd job that Matt has done for me, and I couldn't be more happy.

Matt and his team did an awesome job repairing my-who-knows-how-old-front-porch. Nice people, showed up on time, and reasonably priced. Will definitely call back for my next job.

We had an incredible experience working with Matt and his team. They completely transformed our first floor with a full kitchen remodel, including wall removal, the addition of a half bath, and new flooring throughout. From day one, Matt was responsive, transparent about timelines, and kept us informed at every stage. The project was completed on schedule, and the pricing was very fair. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results and would 100% recommend Matt to anyone looking for high-quality, dependable work.
